Meet Peter, the founder of thehospitalitycoach.net. He provides structured systems, effective methods, and tools to assist cafe and small business owners in realizing their dream of cafe ownership all over Australia.

Peter's knowledge and experience are hard-earned, and he leads from the front. In 2007, he began his ambitious plan to establish himself in the cafe and hospitality market. With the help of an indispensable business partner, Peter built, staffed, and operated seven cafes throughout South Australia. He went on to build another two in 2008, two more in 2009, and one more in 2010, bringing the total to twelve cafes.

Peter's expertise extends beyond cafes, having operated businesses in aged care, hotel services, a bookkeeping business, and a bartending and barista school. He is a state and national barista judge for the Australian Specialty Coffee Association, judging the best baristas around Australia and the world. Peter is also a member of the judging panel for the Australian International Coffee Awards (AICA).

Smarter Business Ideas Magazine recognized Peter's contributions by awarding him Australia's leading small business writer. He shares his business-changing ideas freely through his writing and on his podcast, Slammed Hospitality Talk. Within eight hours of launching, the podcast was listed as iTunes' 3rd business podcast and has been voted by Welp magazine as one of the top 20 hospitality podcasts. Tafe NSW recommends it as essential listening for their hospitality students.
