Hi Meg
I do have staff sign a short paragraph titled confidentiality agreement, which basically stipulates that methods and processes within the business are not to be discussed and shared outside of work. I would suggest if you are developing products or have processes that warrant protection speaking with a lawyer would be advisable. It’s one thing having a staff member sign an agreement it is a whole other issue enforcing it, so definitely seek legal advice on this one.
